This £400m turn-over UK paper company comprising of three main units was being readied for sale by a non UK owner. All areas of the business were analysed, sales, product management, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, administration and over 2000 performance improvement ideas were generated, analysed and then implemented. In all a team of 20 client team members supported by 10 consultants delivered the turn-around in 18 months.
