Oliver Flor

Oliver began his consulting career with Booz. Allen & Hamilton Inc in 1991, delivering a range of projects across a diverse spread of sectors; telecommunications, car manufacture, construction, chemicals and industrial manufacturing. These projects included strategic planning, process re-design, production optimisation, cost reduction, company integration and re-structuring.

In General Electric in the late 90s, Oliver co-ordinated programmes to reduce sourcing costs by €20 million through purchasing consolidation and improved vendor management.

Since 1997, Oliver has focused on business turn-round and performance improvement in manufacturing, service and distribution companies, delivering significant business performance improvements in a number of organisations.

Oliver is a native German speaker, but is also fluent in English and French, with basic Spanish.
