IT and Business operating cost reduction
As part of an overall programme of cost reduction we delivered major reductions in operating costs related to variable labour costs and telecommunications costs in the outlets.
The variable labour project made a major contribution to EBITDA, delivering over £1.1 Million in operating cost reduction.
The telecommunications project rationalised and modernised the estate telecommunications network, delivering an annual net saving of approximately £760,000 per annum, after allowing for capital depreciation charges for the project.
