Performance improvement project delivering major EBITDA increase

Acquired by a Benelux based Private Equity Fund this Global Printing Inks Manufacturer had an EBITDA ROS of 4% at the beginning of the project and 14% by the time the project was completed. During this time sales were also increased by 40%. The work was undertaken by 6 consultants and a client team of 10 individuals over a two year period. Included in the project was the successful acquisition and integration of a midsized European competitor.
