System strategy review

Premier Global provide a wide range of training courses for the health and fitness industry. The courses they provide are recognised within the industry as the de facto standards for gym and personal trainers.

Premier commissioned Harrison McCann to carry out a review of the current systems, to determine whether a planned system replacement project would deliver tangible improvements to the business operation. In the review, we identified areas for improvement in both systems and business processes, and provided Premier with a clear route forward. The review identified opportunities to improve speed to market with new courses, and made a number of other recommendations to improve customer service, direct marketing and prospect conversion.
