Justin Craig Education provides revision courses for GCSE and A Level students in a number of locations across the UK. The company has an excellent reputation for helping students succeed. The company uses Internet based systems to manage their course curriculum, student bookings and teacher recruitment, as well traditional accounting and office applications. Providing courses to several thousand students in multiple subjects, at different levels and in multiple locations, creates a significant logistical and management challenge. Systems which effectively support the management of course utilisation and tutor resourcing are critical to business success. In July 2009 we completed the first stage in an IT strategy review, to help define a system roadmap to support significant planned business growth and the resulting increase in business activity levels. Piper have now retained us to help guide the delivery of systems improvements, to further enhance their service to customers and business partners.
