Project Management and IT Governance

In a short project we helped Focus DIY to evaluate their internal project initiation, project management and IT operational standards. The objective of the review was to ensure that the company had an IT governance structure which applied appropriate control in a pragmatic and cost effective way, suitable for a fast moving retail business environment.

The review resulted in a number of process and standards recommendations to improve and re-inforce existing methods, and to ensure a seamless IT service delivery to the business.
