System strategy review, business case and ERP programme management

In a project covering several operating companies in Germany and the Netherlands, we developed and managed a system strategy to standardise operational distribution and finance systems, consolidate and outsource infrastructure management and implement an integrated VOIP and data network.

We developed a project business case based on increasing revenue and improving margin through the delivery of improved sales and customer service processes supported by an ERP system.

In structuring the project funding, we minimised cash and EBITDA impact through negotiation and implementation of a competitive finance lease with one of the major software vendors.
